Descripiton of accommodation

The apartment is very sunny, modern and includes everything you need for a relaxing stay in Salzburg. You can easily reach the center of the city of Salzburg with a leisurely stroll, by bike or by public transport. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment you will find the picturesque Aigen Castle, the Glasenbachklamm nature reserve or the wild and romantic Aigner Park, an English-style landscape park that became famous among aristocrats across Europe in the 18th and 19th centuries.
In the apartment, my favorite place is on the non-visible balcony terrace - the house is slightly attached to the slope. The building itself was rebuilt in 2008 to a high standard. Accordingly, the building and the residential units are new and of high quality. There are four parties in the house, with all residential units being privately owned.

The trolleybus into town and the food market are within walking distance. By bike you can be in the center of the city of Salzburg in about 20 minutes - via the beautiful bike path along the Salzach. A local train station can also be reached on foot in around 20 minutes.
