My refurbished 2-room flat is just 10 min from the city centre away. It is located directly at the metro station U6 Alser Strasse in a typical and not renovated Viennese old building. It offers a beautiful view on the historical Otto-Wagner-Stadtbahn. You will find here a cozy double bed and a pull-out sofa, an espresso machine & a washing machine with dryer. Please note the flat is facing the Gürtel, a street with traffic.
