Infrastructure
The apartment is on the border between the districts of Mülln and Lehen, on the top floor of a Wilhelminian style building.
In Mülln you will find restaurants with a centuries-old tradition (e.g. Krimpelstätter, Bärenwirt and the Augustiner Bräuhaus Mülln with a large beer garden), old houses and the ascent to the Müllner Hügel, one of our city mountains on which there are wonderful panoramic and hiking trails
- a walk is highly recommended here!
(Tip when you arrive at the top you will find the Museum der Moderne and the Stadt-Alm :-) - a hut in the middle of the city.
Lehen is the most densely populated
District with many skyscrapers from the 70s. Here you will find Salzburg's kebab mile.
In our street line there are some houses from the late Gründerzeit. On the other side of the street is a modern development with great architecture on the former municipal works site. Here you will find the photo museum, the city gallery and the literature house (everything within walking distance). The Paracelsus Medical Private University buildings are also located here.
In about 200 meters you are at the Salzbach. Here you can easily walk into the old town (about 15 minutes with a leisurely walk and enjoying the view)
You can shop at SPAR across the street
(40 meters), the post office is another 200 meters away. The Salzburg State Hospital can be reached on foot in about 6 minutes.
