My little nest offers a well-equipped kitchen where you will find everything you need for a few days or even a longer stay - refrigerator, freezer, mini oven, hob, cookware, vinegar & oil, salt & pepper, more spices as well as a Nespresso coffee machine, stand mixer, kettle.

In my cozy living room you will find, among other things, a pole dance as well as a corresponding mirror and a cozy reading corner.

In the adjacent room you will find a large workspace with W-Lan (40Mbit) monitor, keyboard & mouse which is perfect for home office - as well as a cozy loft bed, including TV with Netflix.
Under the loft bed is a closet space, which is still partly used by myself - you will find plenty of storage space there.

In the bathroom there is a washing machine and a hairdryer.

1. welcome to the age of magic old building! Our apartment is proud to be home to a charming old building - the perfect blend of history and magic. Since the doors of this time travel apartment sometimes tilt to their own adventures, I recommend my guests to lock the front door with the key even while you are present.
2. cloudless living atmosphere: there's no smoke in the air here - except maybe from the unicorns farting glitter.
3. superhero night rest: our neighbors are sensitive superheroes who need a lot of sleep to save the world. Please avoid loud activities after 10pm unless you can impress us with your own superpowers.
4. party break for unicorns and co: my apartment is the perfect place for the everyday magic of life, but please leave the party hats at home. Neither discreet soirees nor epic celebrations are allowed here.
5. windows-closed, doors-closed, glitter mode on: Before you leave the apartment and head out into the world, please remember to lock the windows and doors securely. We don't want the unicorns to have any unintended adventures outside.
6. magical laws and earthly rules: During their magical stay in my apartment, I ask my guests to not only observe the splendor of our humorous house rules, but also to respect local laws and regulations.
7. in the winter months, please pay attention to energy efficiency: closed windows and doors help not to give the unicorns frost shock - the temperature is regulated to 22 ° using smart home.
