Descripiton of accommodation

A bright and light-flooded apartment on the 1st floor awaits you, which has a bedroom, a living room with kitchenette, a spacious anteroom and a bathroom. The entire apartment was recently completely renovated and newly furnished. Ultra-fast internet is available throughout the apartment. We have lovingly decorated the apartment and everything you need to feel comfortable is there. The terrace on the ground floor can be shared and a barbecue or fire bowl is available.

Living room: 17 sqm, with a small built-in kitchenette (2 induction plates, microwave, large refrigerator), flat-screen TV, bistro table for 2 people and a comfortable couch.
Bedroom: 13 sqm with 1.40 meter double bed and desk with Macintosh. The bedroom is an oasis of well-being in white and pastel tones.

Salzburg Airport can be reached via public transport (approx. 1 hour) or by taxi (15 minutes).

Bergheim is located at the gates of Salzburg and the city can be reached by public transport in about half an hour. Grocery stores are within walking distance. The Generation Park is right in front of the apartment and offers fitness equipment, a beach volleyball and basketball court. Bergheim offers numerous amenities, many jogging routes off busy roads in beautiful nature, an outdoor swimming pool, ice skating and a tennis club (20 minutes on foot). Bergheim town center with bakery, coffee, butcher shop and restaurant as well as community center can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. Cycling is absolutely trendy in Salzburg; from Bergheim you can use numerous picturesque cycle paths to get into the city.

House rules

-This is a completely non-smoking apartment, smoking is permitted on the terrace in front of the house.
-The landlords must be held harmless from any accidents that occur on the property. We cannot always guarantee that the snow will be cleared from the staircases; the tenants are required to clear the snow themselves if there is imminent danger and assume full liability for their guests. The same applies to slippery stairs in the stairwell; here too, the tenants are required to remove these immediately and the landlord assumes no liability for any damage.
-Defects in the apartment must be reported to the landlord immediately.
-We would like to point out that ventilating twice (morning and evening), as well as briefly ventilating after cooking, has a positive effect on the quality of living and prevents mold formation. We ask you to comply with this.
-Celebrations or parties outside of weekends must be announced to the landlord informally.
-The apartment and furniture must be treated with care.
-The fuse box may only be opened when accompanied or by telephone contact with the landlord.
