Welcome to our cosy 55 m2 flat (first floor) with breathtaking views.

From the living room you can see the old town, the Patscherkofel and to the south as far as the Stubaital. From the kitchen you have a wonderful panorama of the Nordkette and in the brand new bathroom you can also enjoy the Nordkette illuminated by the rising sun during your morning shower.

All this in a quiet, undisturbed environment and at the same time only a 10-minute walk from the centre (Goldenes Dachl). If you like travelling by bike, you can park it safely in the cellar.
The entrance hall leads to two spacious and light-flooded rooms. In the bedroom there is a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), a single bed (with pull-out lower bed) and a large desk. The living room has everything you need to relax after a busy day.

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and cooking utensils: Dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob with oven, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, blender, electric orange squeezer... Nespresso capsules, tea bags, sugar and salt for first use are also there for you.

Of course, sufficient bed linen, blankets, towels and tea towels are provided, as well as toilet paper, soap, shower gel and hair shampoo on arrival.

Supermarket, bakery, pastry shop, gastronomy, tobacco store, pharmacy and doctor within 4-5 minutes walking distance. Bus stop (line J) directly in front of the house. This will take you to the center, the Sillpark shopping center, the train station and then on to the Patscherkofelbahn. All this without changing trains. If, on the other hand, you are driving out of town from home, you will soon reach the Hungerburg: a wonderful starting point for hikes and all kinds of sports activities or, for those who love high altitudes, you can take the cable car from there to the Nordkette.
