University clinic can be reached in 10 minutes on foot, city center can be reached in 15-20 minutes - both ways along the Inn promenade. Beautiful bike paths (5 and 10 minutes by bike). But also good bus connections for those who rather take a bus - 4 stops to the clinic, 5 to the center (7-10 minutes).

A city bike can also be made available by arrangement, as well as 2 sleighs.

Since we have just finished renovating the apartment (e.g. the bed is completely new), we have not yet had time to decorate the walls nicely. You are welcome to do this yourself according to your preferences.
