Tenants are required to keep the apartment clean. Trash should be disposed of regularly and sorted into the designated bins.

3. Smoking:
Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.

4. Pets:
Pets are only allowed with prior approval from the landlord.

5. Visitors:
Visitors are allowed but may not stay overnight unless previously agreed upon with the landlord.

6. Keys:
In case of key loss, the landlord must be notified immediately. The cost of replacement keys and any necessary lock changes will be borne by the tenant.

7. Liability:
The tenant is responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their co-occupants, or their visitors. All damages must be reported to the landlord immediately.

8. Use of Facilities:
All facilities and appliances in the apartment should be treated with care. Repairs and interventions on electrical or plumbing systems must be carried out by qualified personnel only.
