Charming feel-good apartment with balcony

To use the apartment:

• The garage at the entrance is available for free parking. But not the parking spaces next door.
• Please take off your street shoes in the apartment.
• Patio door: Please only open it according to the instructions, as this is a special system. I would be happy to send you a video via Whatsup.
• Please pull the blinds up and down slowly.
• When leaving the apartment, the windows must be closed, because when it rains there is a risk of rainwater entering (there are often violent thunderstorms).
• You can find the key at the dining table. This is for both the entrance door and the apartment door. Please take care of the key, as I have to exchange both locks if I lose them and then pass this on to you.
• Please do not throw any rubbish into the sink, toilet or even out of the window.
• Please note the waste regulations listed below. There is a separation of waste.
• Be careful with energy and water consumption and do not unnecessarily pollute our environment.
• The furniture may not be moved without my permission.
• Please note your volume and the night's rest in the house, especially from 10pm to 8am and from 2pm to 5pm.
• For hygienic reasons I do NOT allow pets.
• I ask you to look after your valuables yourself, because I do not accept any guarantee in the event of loss.
• If other people stay overnight in the apartment without permission (no visit), I will charge you 30% of the total price and I keep the option to ask you to leave the apartment.
• The loss of keys or damage to furnishings or furniture must be reported to me! It is expressly FORBIDDEN to take items or furnishings with you.
• Check-OUT takes place no later than 10 am on the day of departure. In the event of a delay (even 5 minutes!) I will charge you additional overnight stays.
