Descripiton of accommodation

The falt is 5 minutes from the busstation and it takes arround 15 minutes to be in Graz. It is green arround with woods and beautufil area for walks.
The flat is in the groundflour,when you enter it,there is abig leaving kitchen with all stuff. A big tabe with chair and a bank and a couch too. From the samll room after it you can go to the toilet and the bathroon with bathtoob and also to the seperate sleeping room. The flat is available from 30.01.2025-29.03.2025. I will let my private stuff there.
