The apartment is located a little away from the tourist routes that lead through the streets of the city, although you are only about 100 m from the Chapter Square and it takes about five minutes on foot to reach the Green Market, the Faculty of Law or the Café Tomaselli.

From the anteroom of the apartment you can access a bedroom, a living room, a small but well-equipped kitchen, a separate toilet and the bathroom with tub.

One of the historic stucco ceilings contains two frescoes that come from a student of Hans Makart and are under monument protection.
