The apartment is on the second floor and is approximately 45m2 and was completely renovated and refurbished in 2011. The apartment consists of a spacious living room, a cozy kitchen, a small bedroom, a small but very fine bath / toilet and a vestibule. The bedroom and living room are separately accessible, so the apartment is also ideal for two couples or friends who love to travel together but still want some privacy. Both rooms are each with its own wardrobe.

Living room:

The spacious living room is about 25m ². The living room has a beautiful couch, which can be used as a sleeping space for two additional people. Opposite the sofa is a modern wall unit, on which the flat-screen TV and HiFi system is located. Furthermore, there is a large dining table with four chairs in the room. Here you can take a nice dinner and simply have a nice evening. The apartment is designed that it offers plenty of space even to two couples or two people who prefer separate bedrooms. For this reason, there is also a closet in the living room. The living room is also equipped with a lamp and a small table lamp.

SLEEPING ROOM:

The bedroom is approximately 10m ². You will find a comfortable double bed (180x200), a bedside table and a spacious wardrobe. Furthermore you will find a reading lamp over each sleeping place.

KITCHEN:

The apartment also has a small and cozy kitchen which is fully equipped. It has a large refrigerator and freezer, four burners and one oven.

BATHROOM:

The apartment has a very small and stylish bathroom, in which you find the shower, a toilet and a sink. Furthermore, there is a mirror over the sink cabinet, which provides enough space for all beauty products.
