Descripiton of accommodation

The house on the sunny slope above the municipality of Fuschl am See, at the end of a private road has a very nice view and also lake view.
The house has a representative entrance area with separate toilet and a dressing room, followed by a large open living-dining area with tiled stove and pine parlour.
The high and spacious rooms are bright and at the same time homely. A new kitchen with storage room is directly adjacent.
On the ground floor their is a parents sleeping area with dressing room and bathroom and direct access to the terrace. All other bedrooms are located on another floor with a shared bathroom.
The house has a garage and a forecourt for up to three cars, two large sun terraces, one of which is half covered.
