On 80m2 there are two separate bedrooms, two dedicated workspaces, a cozy living room with sofa bed, a spacious anteroom and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Bathroom and toilet are separated. On beautiful days, the spacious balcony invites you to relax.

In the apartment you will also find an extensive bookshelf, a cozy rocking chair, a yoga mat and a games closet with different card and board games.

The apartment is located in a nice, traffic-calmed street with small shops and restaurants. Vienna's well-known main shopping mile, Mariahilfer Straße, and the famous Schönbrunn Palace are both in walking distance.
