Enjoy your time in our sunny and comfortable studio with balcony in a calm living area. The apartment itself is fully equipped and offers everything you need. Although ideally suited for the single business traveller, it is also possible that a second person sleeps in the apartment as the bed can be pulled out as you can see in the pictures.

This studio is only rented out for temporary business stays.

Shops for daily needs (supermarkets, drugstore, pharmacy) are reachable in around 7 minutes by foot.
The studio is located close to public transport such as a regional train (station: Liefering), which is in about 5 minutes walking distance and from where you need around 10 minutes to reach the main train station of Salzburg. Or you take the train to the other direction and you are within just 5 minutes in Freilassing in Germany.
Moreover, the city centre of Salzburg can be reached by bus (Nr. 4 and 24) in around 15 minutes from the closest bus station, which is also around 5 minutes away by walking.
