The flat is very conveniently located in terms of transport links - right next to the U1 underground line, Donauinsel station and the Reichsbrücke bridge, at the same time it is very quiet as it is situated in a pedestrian zone. The UNO-City is a 10-minute walk away.

Due to its unique location in a recreational area, there are unlimited leisure opportunities on the doorstep: Cycling, inline skating, running, swimming in the New Danube, stand-up paddling and much more.
