The apartment is of high quality, very bright and quiet in the courtyard. All shops for daily use (pharmacy, supermarket, drugstore, etc.) and bus stop are within walking distance. Both the airport and the train station can be reached in no time without any problems.
The bus stop is approx. 100m away, you are also welcome to have bicycles (on request)

House rules

I would be happy if you only enter the apartment with slippers to care for the parquet.
Since the apartment (due to its size) is not suitable as a party location, I would be glad if you would not do so. If there is a celebration, this is certainly not a problem - maybe in consultation with the neighbors!
