House rules

Please observe the following house rules:
1. Please treat the apartment and the furniture at least as well as your own.
2. Please ventilate regularly to prevent mold from forming on the walls. Airing is espe-
cially important in the bathroom or when you hang out laundry to dry. (Our house is
very old and needs to be ventilated more regularly than a newly built apartment).
3. Please dispose of waste regularly and separately according to
a. Packaging (bag in the garage entrance)
b. Organic waste (garbage can in the garage entrance)
c. - Residual waste (garbage can in the garage entrance)
d. Paper (container at the corner of Brunnhausgasse and Nonntaler
Hauptstraße)
e. Glass (container in Nonntaler Hauptstraße / Erzabt-Klotz-Straße
4. Before you leave, please dispose of all garbage and any food that exceeds the origi-
nal supply. In particular, please empty the fridge. Cleaning costs that exceed the esti-
mated basic cleaning and damage will be deducted from the deposit.
5. The number of persons stated at the time of rental may not be exceeded (see point
5.2 of the rental agreement).
6. Smoking is not permitted in the apartments or in the garden.
7. Please behave carefully, quietly and tactfully, especially during quiet hours. Parties are not permitted.
