Bedrooms
The spacious apartment on the ground floor has two separate bedrooms, each with a historic double bed with a new slatted frame and mattress in hotel quality (160x200; 200x190), a mirror, and a wardrobe. Travel cots available on demand.

Living
The living room and the balcony are between the two bedrooms. The living room has a sofa and armchair for 6 people, smart TV, sideboard and cupboard. From the balcony you can enjoy the mountain panorama of the Salzkammergut.

Kitchen
The fully equipped galley kitchen including refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave with baking function and French press (coffee) also has a dining table and armchair for 4 people. In the salon (1st floor), a free coffee and tea bar are also available.

Bathroom
The bathroom, newly installed in 2020, offers a walk-in shower, washbasin and full equipment including towels, soap, shower gel and hairdryer. Enjoy your very own private wellness oasis. The separately accessible toilet is also completely new.

We can wash and dry your laundry for you (on demand).

House rules

Please observe the following house rules and recommendations:
1. Check-out until 10 am
2. Quiet time from 10 pm – 7 am
3. Please find a coffee machine and a selection of teas in the salon (1st floor) – both free of charge
4. The travel guides in the salon can be borrowed during your stay, please also help yourself to the open bookshelf
5. For your laundry we recommend the laundry service Maherndl. An electric iron + board are at your disposal (niche on 2nd floor)
6. This is a non-smoking apartment - smokers may use the shared balcony on the 1st floor
7. Please turn off the lights when you leave the apartment. Don’t forget to close the windows – the weather changes quickly around here!
8. No parties or pets please
9. Please help us guard the environment and recycle your trash
10. Please inform us if you need fresh towels or anything else.

Further information

You have the apartment all to yourself. In addition, you can relax in the common room (the salon), enjoy the common area balcony on the 1st floor and the garden. We also have a bike garage for our guests.

Parking is included. Please be aware that we do not have our own parking lot, we will supply you with a ticket for the public parking lot, only 2 min away.
