The bright apartment is located in the district of Graz St.Peter. It is situated in the 3rd floor (elevator) of a new built 3.floor in an office house and impresses with its amazing loft atmosphere. The light living room has a view into green courtyards and the approx. 20sqm terrace invites for some rest. The 1st district - the Old Town of Graz can be reached within 10 min by bus or tram.
