You walk about 7 minutes to the subway and are in 20 minutes in the city center - perfect for those who want to live a little quieter and still want to be well connected to the Viennese public transport (Seestadt or Asper Nord station U2 + S80 + REX). You are in a few steps at the publicly accessible lake, which invites you to swim in summer and to run and cycle in winter.
