In this cosy, quiet and sunny 3 room flat in a very green environment (high trees) bordering on countless garden settlements, you can really feel at home.
The two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with a single bed) can be accessed separately. The desk in front of the window with a wonderful view is also perfect for online work.
Even on winter days, breakfast in the kitchen offers a bright and expansive view of eastern Vienna.
On particularly hot summer days, the air-conditioning unit in the living room helps to restore energy, and the awning that extends over the entire balcony also allows you to enjoy the balcony in sunny weather.
If you want to go away for a few days without worrying, the windows that open onto the balcony can be closed with an electric external blind.
