Are you looking for a cosy apartment for your short term stay in Vienna – alone, with your spouse or the whole family? We offer a modern, newly renovated, well-designed flat that is situated at the courtyard side of the house.

Your temporary, bright and quiet apartment on the first floor is near the ORF Center Küniglberg, the park area of Lainzer Tiergarten, the Hietzing Clinic, the Business Academy Vienna 13, the NRZ Rosenhügel, the Orthopedic Clinic Speising, the Federal Institute for Education for the deaf, the Anna Freud Park, the Napoleon Forest playground, the Hitzinger Bad (outdoor pool), and much more. A direct tram connection leads to Schönbrunn Palace and Zoo as well as the train station Westbahnhof. Parking is free around the clock in the area. The apartment can be easily reached with or without car.

The tram stop is located next to the newly renovated residential building. It is only a two-minute walk to the nearest pharmacy and a four-minute walk to a large supermarket and tobacco shop.

The apartment impresses with its location and room layout. It has an open living and dining area, two bedrooms including a home office space. The smaller bedroom can also be converted into a twin room thanks to the stacking beds. A high chair and a crib are provided for toddlers and babies. Bathroom and toilet are separated. In the wardrobe as well as in the separate storage room is enough storage space.
