Descripiton of accommodation

The apartment is centrally located near Wallenstein Platz, on the border to the 2nd and 9th districts. The universities, museums, theatre or opera can be easily reached by public transport. Within walking distance, there are numerous shops and restaurants and a public swimming pool with indoor and outdoor pools. Furthermore, the Augarten Park and the Danube Canal invite you to chill out with various restaurants. The large main room combines the kitchen and living area, ideal for resting and relaxing. In the bedroom is a desk and the natural light bathroom with bathtub/shower and the WC are separate. Another sleeping option is a pull-out bed in a walk-through room. A small cupboard and a room are locked, as the apartment is occasionally used by the owners. The elevator goes up to the 3rd floor and then another staircase leads to the attic. Due to the location in the house, you can occasionally hear the tram but not the neighbours.

House rules

The loft is located in a normal residential building and it is requested to be considerate of the other tenants in the house. The apartment is not suitable for parties. The apartment has oiled oak floors and old Persian carpets. Therefore, we ask you not to wear street shoes in the apartment.

The ceiling of the apartment has slopes and that can take some getting used to.
