Dear guests and friends,
I wish you a warm welcome and an exciting and relaxing stay. This apartment is designed to be your second home where you can spend carefree and harmonious days with your loved ones. To make this happen, it is necessary that our guests accept and comply with the house rules.
With your booking you accepted our house rules. The booking person ensures that all fellow travelers comply with the house rules.

General
1. Any items that are in the apartment can be used by the renter. We request a considerate approach to the furnishings and equipment of our apartment.
2. We ask and are very grateful if you wear slippers in the house and take off the street shoes in the entrance area.
3. Sports equipment and similar (e.g., skis) may not be parked in the apartment. Please put it into the storage room next to the building.
4. All furniture of the interior design should not be brought outside. Rearranging the furniture is not allowed anyway.
5. Settings on the heating or electronic devices in the house should not be changed or reprogrammed without prior agreement with the landlord.
6. A necessary cleaning of the house during your stay will not be replaced by the final cleaning included in the price. Everything you need for a regular cleaning is ready and should be used.
7. Should happen a mishap (extreme dirt, liquids on the ground or work surfaces, etc.), we ask you to eliminate this immediately.
8. An initial supply of consumables such as toilet paper is available.
9. For immediately necessary repairs, it may be essential that the landlord must enter the house without the knowledge of the guest (house right).
10. Smoking is not allowed in the building. Please go to the garden area and use an ashtray. Completely cooled cigarettes are disposed of as residual waste. If it comes to burn marks or holes, the tenant bears the repair costs and has to indicate this damage.
11. Please ensure enough ventilation of the rooms by venting the air to prevent mold and odors (at least once a day for 5-10 minutes).
12. During the agreed rental period you take over the responsibility for the rented house. Always close and lock all doors and windows when leaving the house. We assume no liability for burglary or theft.
13. Please supervise your children and please make sure that your "little ones" comply with the house rules. We bear no liability for personal injury (parents are responsible for their children).
14. The landlord is not liable for valuables of the guests.
15. The bringing of pets is not allowed.
16. In the spirit of good neighborliness, we ask you to obey public rest periods such as lunch, night and Sunday rest. General rest periods range from 22:00 to 7:00.
17. For the sake of the environment, the resources of water and electricity must be treated with care.
18. It is expressly pointed out that the outside areas of the residential building are monitored by cameras to protect the tenants.
Kitchen
1. Dishes, cutlery, pots and Co. may only be returned to their storage places in a clean and dry state.
2. Hot items such as pots or pans should always be placed on tables and countertops only with coasters.
3. Use a kitchen board as a base for cutting and chopping food.
4. We ask you to leave the inside of the oven and the microwave clean. Cleaning agents are also available for the oven.
Parking
1. You can park your car in the designated parking lots next to the house (see Guidebook) and also in the adjacent streets.
2. The landlord assumes no liability for the parked car in the parking lot and its contents.
Internet/Wi-Fi
1. You can use the WLAN connection provided by us with your devices for free. The valid WLAN code can be found in the Guidebook.
2. The tenant always uses the Internet at his own risk. The landlord assumes no liability for any activities of the tenant in the network.
Damage
1. If something breaks or should be damaged, please inform us about this damage immediately and not only on your departure. We cannot accept any defects discovered after your departure.
2. The renter is liable for major damage to the equipment. All other little things, such as a broken glass or the like are replaced by us, except several items are damaged. Please let us know that something has broken.
3. A damage deposit of Euro 1000,00 is charged via pre-authorization of the credit card. If the credit card is rejected, we collect the damage deposit in cash by arrival.
Charges for non-compliance
1. If the apartment is left in an exceptionally messy state, we will charge 30 Euros for every extra hour of cleaning required.
2. If more guests sleep in the house than originally stated in the booking, the security deposit will be fully charged.
3. If guests delay the cleaners from beginning their work, they will be charged 50 Euros. This fee also applies for every additional hour of delay. This fee doesn’t apply if a late checkout has been approved in advance.
Disposal
1. Waste must be separated carefully. For disposal you have containers for residual waste, paper, glass and plastic packaging in front of the building.
2. Never throw food scraps, rubbish or toiletries into lavatories or other drains.
3. Use trash can and cosmetic bucket in the bathroom only with garbage bags and dispose them closed in the residual waste bin.
Your departure
Leave the apartment in good condition, including:
• Empty the refrigerator and wipe dry
• Clean the dishes and put them back in their place
• Dispose of remaining food
• If necessary, clean the oven and microwave
• Switch off electrical appliances (except refrigerator)
• Dispose of household waste in the designated waste container
• Please leave the house swept clean
• Please check that all windows and doors are closed.
