The light-flooded living room is equipped with floor-to-ceiling windows, which lead to the large south/west facing terrace, as well as around the corner to the east/south terrace with adjoining garden. On the west side there is a 5-meter motorized full cassette awning.
The ideal place to relax and enjoy nature with a view of the greenery. From spring to autumn, wonderful sunsets can be seen here.

On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms and the family bathroom with walk-in shower, floor-to-ceiling bathtub and double sink.
2 bedrooms have a new 5-meter full cassette awning for shade.

If it is too hot in the summer months, the air conditioning provides cooling.
The laundry chute is located in the dressing room and ends up in the laundry room.

In the basement there are 2 Miele washing machines and a dryer

Parties are not allowed. Shoes must be removed at the front door or at the cloakroom at the latest.
