This newly renovated apartment can be found in a gorgeous Wilhelminian Style building near the University in the heart of Graz´s old town. The renovation of the apartment was completed in May 2012 and offers a stylish, comfortable living space in a very quiet location, facing a courtyard with direct access to the garden. The main square (City Centre) is a 5 minute walk away while the City Park and the Castle Hill of Graz, with it´s famous clock tower, are directly on the door step.
