The maisonette apartment is on the 5 1/2 floor, the elevator goes up to the 3rd floor, the rest you have to walk.
Despite its central location, it is very quiet. It is very open, few walls. The lower area has exit to the terrace (80 m2 with beautiful plants and irrigation system. A pergola with dining table for 6 people).
Bedroom 1 is also downstairs.
Upstairs are rooms 2 and 3 and the bathroom. You can go through the studio to the flat roof. From there you have a wonderful view over the whole of Vienna, from Stephansplatz to the Big wheel and the Kahlenberg.
