The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac and the large apartment with balcony can be reached via the main entrance. It is only one floor up where there is an open anteroom with a wooden bench. When you enter the apartment you will enter a spacious hall with the cloakroom and access to 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet and 3 bedrooms.

At the end of the corridor you come to the living room with an open fireplace and kitchen with dining table. From the living room / kitchen area you can enter the balcony with an amazing view of the mountains.

2 bedrooms have a double bed (180x200) and 1 bedroom has 2 single beds (90x200). There is a wardrobe in every bedroom.

Our house is 500mtrs away from the beginning of the pedestrian zone where there is a large supermarket and many restaurants, shops and the main train station is at the end of the pedestrian zone.
You ca easily walk or take a taxi to the main train station where are also buses for the region and trains to Garmisch/Munich or Innsbruck.
