Let yourself be enchanted by the birdsong in the morning, enjoy your meal on the terrace, relax in a deckchair or work undisturbed outdoors.

The excellent transport connections, which can be reached in just 2 minutes, and the proximity to one of Vienna's most important shopping streets characterize the top location of the apartment. You can reach all your destinations in the city center within minutes or you can walk there.

You will find a fully equipped kitchen with beautiful dishes and a dining area, a small and fine bathroom tiled with marble, a cozy bed with great bedding and a cozy living area to relax. There is also a small wardrobe.
