The apartment is on the second floor and is approximately 35m2 and 2011 was completely renovated and refurbished.

living room: There is a large living / sleeping area, in which you find a large comfortable double bed and a nice couch for two people. Furthermore, there is a dining area for 4 people, a spacious wardrobe and a chest of drawers on which the flat - TV and the stereo is situated.

kitchen: The apartment also has a small, cozy kitchen with refrigerator, two hotplates and a microwave with grill and bake function. There is also a coffee corner with a coffee machine.

The city center can be reached by foot in just 25 minutes or you get on the tram, which runs three minutes away from the apartment. As the tram is the former "ring tram," so you can reach without changing tram so important hotspots like the State Opera, the Vienna City Hall, the Burgtheather, parliament, the main university or the Prater.
