Although the flat is located in the centre of the Tyrolean capital close to the old town with countless localities, in the immediate vicinity of the university and the university of applied sciences (SOWI, MCI) with perfect transport connections through the nearby main railway station, it is oriented towards the courtyard and can be seen as a quiet location due to the low noise level.

The building has 30 residential units and associated garage parking spaces (not included in the price, but available for rent on request (1.5 m parking height)). A lift leads from the underground car park directly to the 2nd floor. The flat has an attractive and functional room layout.
