Descripiton of accommodation

The luxury apartment on the 9th floor has a light-flooded living room with a high-end kitchen (Nespresso machine available) including a bar area and an additional dining table in marble design. The lounge zone (55 inch TV) in the living room can be used as a place to sleep (2 people) thanks to the additional pull-out sofa bed. From every area of the living room you have a clear view of Vienna's city center (e.g. St. Stephen's Cathedral) and the beautiful Prater with its landmark, the Ferris wheel.
The separate sleeping area (box spring bed 180 x 200) has a spacious wardrobe, a small work space and separate access to the terrace, also with a view of the beautiful city centre. At night, the skyline of Vienna is enchanting, while the blackout curtains in the bedroom allow for an undisturbed night's sleep.

The bathroom, tiled floor to ceiling, has a bathtub, a toilet, a hand basin, automatic ventilation and a towel dryer.
The entire apartment with a room height of 2.80m is equipped with underfloor heating and offers free WiFi.

The modern TrIIIple Tower (including a lobby, concierge, library, WiFi, bicycle room, communal kitchen, terrace lounge and roof pool) offers im7. On the 1st floor there is a spacious washing area with probably the most beautiful view that a laundry room can offer.
In the optimally cut apartment (right angles, great and functional layout, south-west orientation), a storage room is left completely free and offers space for everything that could impair comfortable living.
A video hands-free system in the anteroom of the apartment allows visitors to enter. Three spacious lifts guarantee no or at most short waiting times. The TrIIIple Tower is within a 5-minute walk to two underground stations (U3 - the line that connects Vienna from the west to the east of the city ) and other public transport . The city center can be reached in just 12 minutes.

The tower is also close to the international bus station, 2 fitness studios are within a 2-minute walk, 3 multi-storey car parks (from €3.80/24h and very cheap offers for long-term parkers), banks, restaurants, supermarkets and it is public (via U3 and City Airport Train) connected to Vienna International Airport (journey time approx. 20 minutes).

In the building itself there is a supermarket and a tobacconist, 2 restaurants are situated in the building complex.
