This charming modern 3-bedroom Apartment is located on the 1st floor of a beautiful villa in one of the best areas of Salzburg city. The furnishings are of very high quality. An oiled oak floor by Mafi runs through the entire living area. Soundproof doors, view of the fortress and the Untersberg. Both bedrooms have large, beautiful wardrobes made of high-quality bamboo, zebrano wood and Lloyd Loom, as well as double beds in each. The bed in the master bedroom is made of solid carved mango wood. Bassetti bed linen and alpaca pillows. TV with Netflix and Prime Video. Free wifi. The WC is separate from the bathroom and has a window. Bathroom with rain shower and separate bath. Stylish washbasin. Private Sauna.
Open kitchen & living room with small library (approx 30 m2) lead out onto a beautiful covered south-west terrace with Untersberg views. The kitchen is fully equipped, Smeg fridge, Villeroy & Boch crockery, Nespresso machine, kettle, wine glasses etc.
