Kitchen block with stove/oven , microwave, fridge etc... large dining table with 4 chairs , you have at the window ( with view to the mountains ) a nice large desk with lots of storage space ! WLAN ---- in the second room is the large double bed with 2 new separate mattresses, a large sliding door wardrobe
a corner settee (extendable to a bed) with coffee table, large TV and music system.
In this flat you will feel comfortable and I as your host am open for all your concerns and strive to make your stay as beautiful as possible.
Sauna and fitness room with Power Plate, as well as various fitness equipment, massage bed etc. can be used for a fee.
A shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer can also be used for a fee.

Omes is a district of the municipality of Axams and a pure residential area. Therefore, all shops are located in Axams (2.0 km away) or in the municipality of Kematen (2.0 km), both of which can be reached by car in 5 minutes!
The house is situated directly at the edge of the forest - walking and cycling paths can be made from here.
You can also cycle to Innsbruck. By car you drive - on the motorway - about 15 minutes to Innsbruck. In Omes we have a cafe/ restaurant ( Waldsalettl ) , which is located about 10 minutes walk from the house....

House rules

The apartment/house is an absolute non-smoking house.
Please also no parties, as we are located in a very quiet residential area.
Pets : A cat - yes
A dog - only if it is VERY small !
For street shoes please use only the hallway and in the flat slippers !
