The cosy room is fully furnished with its own small roof terrace. (smoking)
A lounge sofa and TV make it really cozy. There is a desk for working.
The central location offers the best infrastructure. Actually, everything is within walking distance. With the bus lines 1,2,23 you reach the city center directly. also to the airport or the trade fair are reached within 10-20 minutes.
The train station and all major institutes and schools are within walking distance.
Furthermore, the S-Bahn and intercity buses offer the opportunity to reach the surrounding region quickly. vienna is only 2,5 hours away by fast train.

The Salzach river cycle paths lead directly into the city and the countryside.
