The apartment is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building and has its own covered parking space.
This is a 2.5 room apartment. From their hallway is a functional and compact kitchen, a bathroom with a large shower bath, toilet and washbasin. From the hallway you also get to the bedroom, equipped with pine wood with plenty of closet space and the living-dining room with a living area and a nice dining area.
From the living room and bedroom you reach the south-facing spacious balcony . This invites you to linger in fine weather.
