The 95 sqm exclusive apartment consists of a spacious entrance hall (checkroom), a modern, fully equipped kitchen (integrated washing machine/dryer), a beautifully designed bathroom with WC and shower, a spacious dining room, which impresses with its room height and can also be used as a study and reading room, a living room (TV), a study/additional bedroom, which can be separated from the living room with a sliding door and a cozy bedroom. From the dining room, living room and study/additional bedroom you have a wonderful view of the Alter Markt and the surrounding sights. The windows of the kitchen and bedroom face the respective inner courtyards.
