The flat is located in a newly built park-like complex and has a parking space in the underground garage.
The beautiful flat is equipped with underfloor heating, a whirlpool in the bathroom, Smart-TV with satellite connection, A1 fibre-optic internet, a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner, an ironing station and a small tool box.
All windows and doors have mosquito blinds and electric shutters.
In the kitchen you will find an induction stove, a side-by-side refrigerator with a fresh zone, as well as a water dispenser, an oven, a dishwasher, a Nespresso machine, a kettle and a toaster. In a few minutes' walk you can reach the lakeside bathing area in Krumpendorf with numerous entertainment options (a bocce court, a water trampoline, a swimming island, beach volleyball, a diving tower, a hammock lounge), a water ski school with rental opportunities, good gastronomy, a bicycle rental and a fit&fun programme in July and August.
Klagenfurt with the Minimundus and other sights can be easily reached by car or bicycle (along the lake).
In Pörtschach (approx. 10 km away) you will find the Moosburg golf course. The casino in Velden is easily accessible by car, train or a scheduled boat.
