Descripiton of accommodation

The flat is located on the 4th floor (no lift) and is very bright with double east-west exposition and a 10.5m² balcony.
It consists of an entrance leading to a large furnished kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, micro-wave, cooker) connected to a storage room (washing machine and dryer) and to the 30m² living room equiped with a stove. From there you can reach two large rooms (12m², 14m²) including one with private bathroom. The second and third room (11m²) are both connected to the second bathroom (bath, WC, shower, two sinks) and there is a closet in the third room. There is a separate WC in the corridor.
The flat can easily be shared by three flatmates who can live independently.
