The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a historic building completed in 1912, easily accessible by an elevator. This dream apartment spans approximately 112 m² over two floors. It features a spacious living kitchen, three bedrooms, an additional kitchen, three bathrooms, a separate WC, and a terrace. The temperature of each room room can be individually controlled via air conditioning. One of the highlights is the beautiful terrace, offering around 20 m² of space for outdoor comfort.

The spacious living and dining area is generously and pleasantly designed. Thanks to the numerous windows, the apartment is flooded with light, making it exceptionally bright and inviting.
